How to find your body shape: Apple: When your chest, waist and hip measurements are very similar.
Tailored pieces, square necklines and puff sleeve details are all very flattering on you!
Tops: Shirts, wrap tops, peplum styles and v necks.
Jackets: Blazers, structured pieces, maxi styles.
Jeans: Straight and skinny.
Trousers: Slim or wide leg.
Dresses: Off the shoulder, maxi styles, wrap styles.
Pear: Waist is wider than bust, fuller hips with narrower shoulders.
Square neck styles and bardot styles are all very flattering on you!
Jeans: Skinny, straight or high waisted.
Trousers: slim / straight fit.
Dresses: A line dresses, bardot dresses, wrap dresses.
Jackets: Cropped jackets, wrap jackets.
Hourglass: Well defined waist, hip and bust measurements are similar.
Tops: wrap styles, and v neck styles.
Jackets: Belted jackets, cropped jackets.
Jeans: High waisted, flared and skinny.

Inverted Triangle: Shoulder measurement wider than hips and bust.
